Education Programs
Regional OpportunitiesCloud Mountain Farm Center is a working farm, with rich educational opportunities for beginning and experienced farmers and gardeners. We offer six and eight month internships for those wanting to learn the business of farming, and many community educational programs for gardeners wanting to expand their knowledge. For decades we have been trialing fruit, ornamental, and, more recently vegetable plants for suitability to Northwest gardens and farms. We also test growing systems to extend the seasons and push the boundaries of the possibilities of growing in our maritime climate.
- Variety & Growing Trials at the Center - Fruit and Vegetable trials for variety, production yields and disease resistance evaluation. Growing systems trials for season extension, production and efficiency.
