Come and tour our trial vineyards with Executive Director Tom Thornton. He will share highlights and answer questions about CMFC’s two decades of variety trials. Be prepared to be outside. Following the one-hour tour, you’ll have the chance to taste wines made from the grapes grown in the trial vineyards. This workshop is a chance for new and experienced wine grape growers to have a look at many of the uncommon varieties that succeed in our climate. Fruit will be available for sampling. Numerous wines, both red and white, will be opened for taste and discussion. If you have fruit or wines you want to share, you are welcome to bring samples. Please let us know what you are bringing!
