Desert King Fig

Ripens in late July. Seems to be the most reliable and hardiest fig for the Northwest. Green skin with strawberry flesh. Delicious fresh and good for drying.

• Available for pickup at the nursery from early February through the first weekend of November. Pre orders begin early January.
  Check website for updates.
• Older fig trees are hardy to 10°F
• Best in warm, protected sites
• Try wrapping the fig trunk with closed cell pipe insulation each winter
